INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR AN ISOLATED COURSE AT PPGE/FAE/UFMG IN THE SECOND SEMESTER OF 2018

ONLINE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

• Online registration: 07 and 08/08/2018
• Review period by the teacher responsible for the subject: 09/08/2018 until 6pm.
• Announcement of results: Postponed to 08/13/2018, from 12 noon, due to the Shutdown scheduled for 08/10/2018.

INSCRIÇÃO ONLINE______________________________________________________

Applications for isolated courses are made exclusively online. The application form will not allow you to save the information for later completion. Therefore, before starting your application, make sure you have the following documents saved in PDF format:

• CPF
• Identity document (with date of issue and issuing body)
• Full Proof of Address with Zip Code
• Updated Curriculum Vitae or Lattes (PDF file with a maximum size of 1mb)
• Copy of school transcript;
• Copy of payslip and manager’s authorization.

Note: All fields on the form must be filled in. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Each applicant may apply for only one course per semester in the Postgraduate Program in Education at FaE/UFMG.

Enrollment

If your application is approved, you must send the following documents, scanned legibly, to the email address of the PPGE Teaching Section – ensino.posfaeufmg@gmail.com, on August 13 and 14, 2018:

• Proof of payment of the Registration Fee of R$ 194.57 (one hundred and ninety-four reais and fifty-seven cents) or;
• Copy of the back of your paycheck (if you are a UFMG employee);
• Authorization from immediate supervisor (in the case of a UFMG employee);
• Copy of ID card (front and back),
• CPF
• Proof of home address (recent).

Proof of payment appointment will not be accepted.

Put in the subject line of the EMAIL: REGISTRATION IN ISOLATED DISCIPLINE 2018/2.

Please include in the body of the email the course code and class approved for enrollment.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

For your convenience, the proof of enrollment will be handed out by the teacher of the subject, in the classroom, from 27/08/2018.

If you do not receive your proof of enrollment, please contact the PPGE Secretariat between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
