  • ELECTIVES (for students enrolled in any other UFMG course)

    Elective registration must be carried out ONLINE through the Minha UFMG Portal, in accordance with the regular registration schedule - 2025/1st.

    For students who do not register for the elective online, the request must be made exclusively by e-mail to ensino.posfaeufmg@gmail.com, between 24 and 25/02/2025. Attach a form signed by the graduate student and the advisor. In the case of undergraduates, the form must be signed by the student and the coordinator of the course of origin.

    The Secretariat of the Graduate Program in Education: Knowledge and Social Inclusion informs you that the registration calendar for the 2025/1 academic term has been set.

    Start of the registration period: from 06/01/2025
    Deadline for submission of the proposal by the student: until 06/02/2025 23:59
    Deadline for evaluation by the Advisor: until 08/02/2025 23:59
    Deadline for resubmission of the proposal by the student: until 10/02/2025 23:59
    Deadline for reassessment by the Advisor: until 11/02/2025 23:59

    SCHEDULE

    Disclosure of the list of isolated subjects 28/02/2025 from 18:00
    Online registration from 06/03/2025 to 09/03/2025 until 23:59
    Review period by the teacher responsible for the subject until 10/03/2025 until 23:59
    Announcement of results 12/03/2025, from 3pm
    Send the documents, together with the payment of the GRU fee (fee for an isolated subject
    R$ 194.57) by email: isoladas.posfaeufmg@gmail.com for analysis, registration and
    enrollment.
    13 and 14/03/2025 until 23:59

    ONLINE REGISTRATION

    Applications for single subjects are made exclusively online.

    The registration form will NOT allow you to save the information to finish later. So before you start your application, make sure you have the following documents saved as PDFs:

    • CPF
    • Identity document (with date of issue and issuing body)
    • Complete and recent proof of address with zip code - preferably a water or electricity bill
    • Updated Curriculum Vitae or Lattes (PDF file with a maximum size of 1mb)
    • Copy of undergraduate transcript
    • Copy of payslip (only for UFMG employees)
    • Authorization from the head (only for UFMG employees)

    NOTE: All fields on the form must be filled in. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Each applicant may only apply for one (1) course per semester in the Postgraduate Program in Education at FaE/UFMG and will not be allowed to change courses. UFMG civil servants are exempt from the registration fee, according to Resolution 05/95.

    ENROLLMENT

    If your application is APPROVED, you must send an e-mail to isoladas.posfaeufmg@gmail.com, between 13/03 and 14/03/2025, with the following documents attached, scanned in PDF in LEGIBLE FORM (documents in another format will not be accepted):

    - Proof of payment of the Registration Fee - for the community outside UFMG, click HERE (the fee for an isolated subject is R$ 194.57)

    - Copy of ID card (front and back)

    - CPF

    - Proof of home address - preferably electricity or water bill (recent)

    - Copy of payslip (for UFMG employees)

    - Authorization from immediate supervisor (in the case of UFMG employees)

    NOTE 1: Proof of payment appointment, credit/debit card and PIX payments will NOT be accepted.

    OBS 2: Put in the subject of the e-mail: ENROLLMENT IN ISOLATED SUBJECT 2025/1º. It is necessary to include in the body of the e-mail the code and class of the subject approved for enrollment (if this information is missing, your enrollment will not be received).

     

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Proof of registration will be sent to the candidate by e-mail to isoladas.posfaeufmg@gmail.com within 30 days of the start of the semester. It is the student's responsibility to check with the Secretariat that registration has taken place within this period.
